The Estrella Warbirds opened the parade with a flyover by three of their vintage military planes. The crowd below waved and cheered. |

The local veterans traditionally lead the parade each year. Dean Smith and Mary Kalvans announced the parade entries as they filed past the announcer's stand. This year the onlookers enjoyed 2 blocks of new sidewalks and benches. |
